continuous play between tracks
hello, i noticed that when i play flac files with xmms there is a gap between tracks, even on a continuous cd. is this supposed to happen? i thought that the file format was suppose to allow continuous playback. my first thoughts were that the program i used to rip (cdparanoia) was to blame. i uncompressed the flac to wav and spliced it together only find it playing correctly. my next

Remove ActiveRecord::Relation#& alias for 'merge' ? (or at least only reference and not use in AR)
Would the core team be open to the removal of the ''&'' alias for ActiveRecord::Relation#merge? The reason is that in Ruby the ''&'' operator refers to an intersection of two sets of data, not a merge. The docs[1] say: - The optional iothread attribute assigns the disk to an IOThread as defined by the range for the domain iothreads value. Multiple disks may be assigned to the same IOThread and are numbered from 1 to the domain iothreads value.
