Rails - Jul 2014 - How can i use the same name? After clearing the rails App.

0. Environment
 - OS : Ubuntu 12.04.4
 - Ruby version : 2.1.1p76
 - rails version : 4.1.2
 
1. create rails app
 - rails new myapp
=> OK
 
2. generate model
 - rails generate model mytable name:string
=> OK
 
3. delete app
 - rm -rf myapp
=> OK
 
4.  re create rails app
 - rails new myapp
=> OK
 
5. generate model
 - rails generate model mytable name:string
=> Not OK! hanging
 
Please Help me!
