The main issue I see is where it says Library not loaded: the path
isn''t
correct and seems to be trying to reference my old ID and not the new
one. Where I would go to fix this I have no idea.
Would perhaps completely removing rails, ruby and rvm be a solution

After some work got everything working again, mountain lion removing gcc-4.2 was not helpful at all but now that everything is reinstalled and setup correctly rails server starts as it should again.
