Candidates need to come to the table with the following:
* 3-5 years of experience building web-based applications
* Experience with advanced javascript application development
* Strong background with ruby and rails
* Fluency with test-driven development and agile software delivery
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
Even better if you have:
* Experience with Google Closure Compiler and Library
* Experience with Objective-C/iPhone and mobile development
* An active GitHub account
