if u only want to upload ur app at server u can use
scp comman
like
scp shyam_local_app_path/rorapp/ shyam-9IKiO1iGCm/QT0dZR+AlfA@public.gmane.org:
shyam_server_app_path/rorapp/
this will ask ur password...
on enter the password ...
this will start copying of your app to server.....
