Rails - Jun 2010 - How to do a performance test

hey guys,

I''ve been working on performance testing.   Find some nice tools to
help on performance test, like newrelic and rail_reviewer.

With thess fancy results, i don''t have much idea about what to do
next.

So is there any books or blogs can show me step by step, how to do a
performance test on rails.

 I''m really eagerly to learn on this.   Please give me some clue.

I get to know how to use benchmark and profile, but i don''t know the
process to do a performance test.
