If the server is connected to the printer, you could have the server print
the orders. Alternatively, you could setup something on a machine in the
restaurant so that it prints out emails based on some filter.
I looked into doing something similar with PDF reports. The PDF spec allows
auto printing when a document is opened. Prawn has some basic support for
this (search the mailing list).
