We have been looking for an issue tracking system that is capable of creating, updating, and keep track of resolved reported customer issues, or issues reported by employees of the same organization. We tried Simpleticket but encountered too many restrictions, some bugs, and a "difficult" installation. We tried Redmine as well, but it seems more oriented for bugs rather than issues. Any recommendations? The only requirement is that it''s free. --Drowne --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. Everything is in terms of "tickets." http://trac.edgewall.org/ Compare to a very customized version at http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ Michael Guterl --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. I was kinda looking for a help desk, rather than something for software developing or milestones. Any ideas?
