I think I have a rather simple question: I generate forms rather regularly. I would like to make the process as efficient as possible and would rather generate the markup from the database much like script/generate scaffold does. My question is this: is there a rake task or something that will take the schema of a db as input and create a _table.rhtml file? Why not just use scaffolding? -- Wes On Mar 13, 6:05 pm, "Bryce" <brycebryceb...-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org> wrote:> I think I have a rather simple question: > > I generate forms rather regularly. I''d rather not because I don''t want a new controller generated and would like to control the name of _form Bryce On Mar 14, 3:17 pm, "wesgarrison" <wes.garri...-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org> wrote:> Why not just use scaffolding? > > -- Wes > > On Mar 13, 6:05 pm, "Bryce" <brycebryceb...-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org> wrote: > > > I think I have a rather simple question: > > > I generate forms rather regularly.
