Rails - May 2006 - build interface

hi all,
i just wonder where i can design my webpage. i just tried to do so with 
dreamweaver but it seems it doesn''t support ruby cause i
couldn''t
connect it with the database (using my sql front) even i have used the 
extensions rubyweaver.
can anyone help me.
