Rails - Apr 2006 - Layout context

I''d like my layout to be able to tell which view is being rendered.  If
necessary, I''ll add code to my ApplicatoinController, but adding
anything to
specific controllers or views defeats the purpose of putting it in a layout.

Any ideas?
