I have recently re-launched Tesly (http://www.tesly.com/), a test case management application that was originally written in PHP. The idea is to have a place where you can document the tests that you manually execute, assign those tests to others on your team, and get feedback as those tests are executed. So, you can easily track the progress of your tests (via RSS too), and you can get a quick overview of how the tests for your projects are doing. There is a free plan and free trials for all the paid plans. Questions, criticisms, and suggestions are welcome!
