Rails - Oct 2005 - paginator usage problem

Hi all,

I have this code in my list method:

@search_requirement_pages = Paginator.new self, SearchRequirement.count,
                                10, @params[''page'']

But the paginator is not working. All the records show up in one page. 
Where am I going wrong?
