Rails - Oct 2005 - SQL Server - Connection Failure after 10 mins

Hey guys,

For some strange reason, I started getting this error message this morning:

Execute
    OLE error code:80004005 in Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
      Connection failure
    HRESULT error code:0x80020009


IF I restart apache and scgi_service, the problem goes away. However,
10 minutes later, it comes back

Any ideas?
