Hey there, i have an app which works fine as a straight CGI, but when i try running it as FCGI or even Webrick, it fails. webrick times out - fcgi gives me ''rails app failed to start properly'' not sure why on either of them. I have an output from running the fcgi dispatcher as apache, but i feel it is unrelated -- however i do get a response. i''m not entirely sure what info would help debugging, but i do need to fix this to make it run faster :) any help appreciated. -james
