hi, is there a way to make String methods downcase and upcase work in other localization modes (especially in UTF-8). I think it''s pretty amateurish to ignore UTF-8 that much in a language that claims to be future''s web scripting language. Even PHP has more UTF-8 support than ruby has. At least capitalization works. thanks in advance _______________________________________________ Rails mailing list Rails-1W37MKcQCpIf0INCOvqR/iCwEArCW2h5@public.gmane.org http://lists.rubyonrails.org/mailman/listinfo/rails
