It seems I need to ask a different question

Using Eclipse 3.1, RDT 0.6, what is the "correct" way to run the unit
tests and functional tests as I''m developing ?  I''ve been just
running
the unit test file after a change, but I''m finding that breakpoint or
Eclipse-Debug the unit test doesn''t work.
