I''m using Postgres for my first Rails app, and in the process of submitting Rails ticket #2174 (http://dev.rubyonrails.com/ticket/2174), I discovered there are many Postgres-sequence-related patches waiting for integration, all bugfixes, many conflicting. I volunteered in the ticket to combine them into a single patch, but haven''t heard back yet. I imagine they''re somewhere in DHH''s mental list of "I''m going to have to do something about Postgres someday". Does anyone else know what''s going on with these? -- Jay Levitt | Wellesley, MA | I feel calm. I feel ready.
