Rails - Sep 2005 - I AM A SPAN... (testing post from non-subscriber)

Sorry for the intrusion, but I''ve seen way too many spams coming
through
the Rails list to believe the list configuration has been handled
properly.

If this email makes it through to the Rails list, it means that the list
is allowing posts from non-subscribers.  Turn this behavior off or the
list will never stop getting spam.
