Those look like pretty good instructions. The one thing I see missing
is the fastcgi developers kit. I thought it was a prereq for running
the whole stack but I could be wrong. Try to install this and see if
it helps:
curl -O http://fastcgi.com/dist/fcgi.tar.gz
tar xvzf fcgi-2.4.0.tar.gz
cd fcgi*
./configure
make
sudo make install
If not contact me off list and I will help you troubleshoot. I
have installed on OSX about 20 times and have a good set of
instructions if you can''t get your currenty setup going
