Rails - Sep 2005 - Rails/Ruby users over the world

Hi,

Is there a community or list where you can see how many Ruby/Rails users 
are in specific countries/cities? And contact them? If not, this would 
be nice, don''t you think?

There is no "official community" of ruby on rails users, i think. But
i
would be nice. Some kind of users comunity, might help to get more 
documentation, code examples, etc...
