Rails - Sep 2005 - RMagick.so not loading

Hi All,

I''ve been trying to get RMagick working on my RedHat 9 box (Fedora).
I''ve install ImageMagick and ImageMagick-devel and all seems well  
with that.  Gem is also reporting a successful
install of RMagick, but when using irb to require RMagick it reports:

irb(main):001:0> require ''RMagick''
LoadError: No such file to load -- RMagick.so
         from /usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/RMagick.rb:11:in  
`require''
         from /usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/RMagick.rb:11
         from (irb):1:in `require''
         from (irb):1

I can''t find RMagick.so anywhere on my system and don''t have a
clue
as to where this file comes
from.

Any Ideas on what could be the problem?
