Help getting my app running on Apache - I need a second set of eyes.
Hello, I''ve been spinning my wheels, trying to get my application up and running on Apache2. I''m running rails 13.1. I am trying to use CGI, for now. I was able to get the "Rails wecome page", but I can''t get to my ''tracker'' view. I have read and tried a number of articles, but I haven''t been able to get this running. I have a soft link from the document root to into the public directory of my app. When I try to access my app (URL: http:.../PCBTr/tracker/) I get a 404 error. The apache error_log is indicating that the file does not exist. It does not seem to be routing the tracker to the controller. Does rails depend on any environment variables? I''m running Linux. If I try http://.../PCBTr/dispatch.rb the error log indicates the following. [error] mod_ruby: error in ruby [error] mod_ruby: ... dependencies.rb:186:in ''const_missing'':uninitialize constant Controllers (NameError) Any help would be appreciated? _________________________________________________________________ Don’t just search.
