Just saw that the WEBrick dump you posted references /usr/local, make sure that /usr/local/bin is in your PATH before /usr/bin. To get rails running on tiger, I found that following that dot mac guys'' directions to be perfect - you can get to them from the rails main page, then downloads, then choose the os x link... http://homepage.mac.com/discord/Ruby/ There was also something else I had to do - and I''m fairly sure that it was the patch. The /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin thing doesn''t matter with tiger because tiger comes with its own 1.8.2 preinstalled. Julian.
