Not sure if this will help. I use Rails on a couple of Windows XP boxes as
well as Windows 2003 server. Haven''t been able to duplicate you
problem. I
do notice that after executing a ruby command, such as ''ruby
script/server''
or ''rails newapp'', that nothing appears to happen for about 30
seconds. Not
sure why.
