Will Agile web Development with Rails ever be available for purchase with PayPal or other similar service. I don''t have a credit card but would really like to purchase this book to learn rails. Any other solutions? _______________________________________________ Rails mailing list Rails-1W37MKcQCpIf0INCOvqR/iCwEArCW2h5@public.gmane.org http://lists.rubyonrails.org/mailman/listinfo/rails

I''m working my way through the example - Rails is awesome! R. -- http://robinbowes.com If a man speaks in a forest, and his wife''s not there, is he still wrong?

So if you''re patient they should show up in local resellers. -- Cheers Koz

I''ve actually found someone to buy it for me, while I sent the money on via PayPal. But that service sounds really good. However I can''t seem to find any information about it. Can you point me to it? I think Soulhuntre is talking about the paypal virtual card. when you login at paypal.com go to withdra ->shop online with a paypal virtual card It will show you a field to enter the Url of the website. but I think one requirement is that you added a credit card to your paypal accnt. --- Oliver Legg <oliver.legg-XZoyATsUNX5Wk0Htik3J/w@public.gmane.org> wrote:> I''ve actually found someone to buy it for me, while > I sent the money > on via PayPal. > > But that service sounds really good. Not having a credit or debit card has ocassionaly bitten me, even for some PayPal transactions that the receiving end wanted to see backed by a credit card either way. Since I don''t intend to ever own a credit or debit card, this looks very convenient. Now if only wildwestdomains wouldn''t require my Paypal account to be backed by a credit card :-( Thanks for the tip! - Rowan -- Morality is usually taught by the immoral.
