Rails - Jun 2005 - Why can't I rake test_functional even though they all work individually?

When I run rake test_functional at the shell, I get this error:

/opt/local/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/rubygems/custom_require.rb:18:in  
`require__'':
No such file to load -- contents_controller (MissingSourceFile)
         from /opt/local/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/rubygems/ 
custom_require.rb:18:in `require''

But if I run each of the tests individually, they run as expected and  
pass the tests.

I''m running edge rails.  Any ideas?
