Rails - May 2005 - scripts/generate equivalent for refactoring?

At the risk of asking a FAQ (but I have spent some time googling
for this), does rails come with a tool to automate renaming
of app components (controllers, models, ...)?

e.g.,

I run

     scripts/generate scaffold bar

I hack on my bar stuff for a while, and then decide to reorganize parts
of the project.  Is there something like

     scripts/generate scaffold rename bar foo/bar

If not, I''ll take a crack at writing it, but I figure it''s
there and I''m
missing it.
