I just tested this and get an error. Also, no api folder is created within
the trunk/rails/doc folder.
Here are the last few lines when attempting to rake in the railties folder
of the SVN exported source (this is on Windows XP, if it makes a
difference):
chmod 755 ../rails/script/profiler
chmod 755 ../rails/script/benchmarker
cp helpers/test_helper.rb ../rails/test/test_helper.rb
cp doc/README_FOR_APP ../rails/doc/README_FOR_APP
