Rails - Apr 2005 - [OT] Looking For Graphic Aritst/Web Designer preferably in Montreal Area

I am presently designing an application to be built on Rails and I am 
looking for a graphic artist.

How does one go about looking for a graphic artist?  Any suggestions?  
Any hanging out on this mailing list?
