Firt excuse me for my crappy english, I hope you understand me! :)
Since I just signed up on this list i don''t have a clue how the word is
on
this list.
As i understand this is THE mailinglist for Scriptaculous, correct?
My question / request is:
I have two sortable lists, one is an "archive" and one is a
"imagelist"
where the user can sort the imagelist as he/she wishes and sort the archive
the same way. The order is saved "onUpdate" with Ajax on both
sortables.
Now on to my "problem", the user can also drag new items from the
archive
into the imagelist. What happens then is that the image that the user drags
to the imagelist is removed from the archive.
Is there some setting for a "clone" or anyone got any idea on how to
solve
this?
The only solution i can see is that i reload the archive upon update of the
imagelist, but it''s maby not the best way since the archive can be
pretty
large.
