Rails spinoffs - Jun 2005 - Fresh in the repository

Four new effects just added:

Effect.Fold
Effect.Grow
Effect.Pulsate
Effect.Shrink

Also, Effect.Highlight got a complete overhaul an supports transitioning
between any two given colors.
