I can not reproduce that using a fresh install of R 3.3.1 Win32 and dplyr 0.5.0. I suggest that you re-install dplyr or R or both... perhaps from a different mirror than the one you originally used. Do not use "Run As Administrator" and say yes to creating a personal library. Install dplyr with install.packages( "dplyr" ). If you continue to have trouble and want help then you are going to have to make an effort to convey a reproducible set of steps to arrive at your error.
