[R] RcppArmadillo compilation errors (Scientific Linux 6.5)
I would appreciate any help that you may be able to give. Please let me know if any more information is required. I get a the following error when I try to install RcppArmadillo in a session started with R --vanilla using the install.packages("RcppArmadillo") command. make: *** [RcppArmadillo.o] Error 1 ERROR: compilation failed for package ?RcppArmadillo? * removing ?/home/ssefick/R/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-library/3.1/RcppArmadillo?
