R help - Aug 2010 - Where is Graphic:Devie 2 ?

Hi folks,

On console - RGUI (64 bit)

-> Windows

I can't find;
R Graphic:Device 2 (ACTIVE)

Only "R Console" is there.

Please advise how to add it?  TIA
