What do you mean by `interactive', and which version and platform of
S-PLUS do you mean?
R does not have brush() nor spin() (but it does have an XGobi interface,
and will have a GGobi interface when that is eventually released).
R does not have the editable graphics of S-PLUS for Windows. If you want
that, use S-PLUS!
You can rotate perspective plots under Window using Duncan Murdoch's rgl
package (http://www.stats.uwo.ca/faculty/murdoch/software/).
