no. but you need to be subscribed to R-announce or R-help
(by +- the same address that you are posting) -- which you are not.
{yes, I see I got a "BOUNCED .." e-mail from your posting which I
didn't get to deal with because it was drowned in many others...}
Reason: By this measure, R-announce is even more protected from
spam -- in order to try to keep it low volume for
important announcements.
{BTW: If anyone is considering changing the subscription
from R-help to R-help-digest, please also (or even in the 1st place)
subscribe to R-announce}
