R help - Sep 2001 - Installing loading package cclust -Windows

Hi R-users,

   I try to install "cclust" package binary for
windows but the package was not available for loading
from the load package menu in windows.The Zip file was
downloaded in to folder "library" inside the folder
"rw1030". 

   It is not clear what is wrong.Any help will be
appreciated.

Hi,

Probably you did not install the package properly. Under Windows, there is
a menu called "Packages" with which you can install packages, either
from
CRAN (i.e. download AND install) or from zip files on your local disk
(which you can do since you apparently already downloaded the required file).
