Hello R-Experts, 2 questions: does anybody have example functions for determining the power of, say, a t-test or a single factor anova with fixed or random factors? and: is there an implementation of Cochran's test for heterogeneity of variances (i.e., is there a frequency distribution of Cochran's C)?
