Dear R users, I discovered R a few months ago and find it is a very exciting alternative to packages such as SAS. We are now thinking to use R as a standard statistical package in my research unit. Most of my colleagues are biologists or paleontologists who have a very slight training on statistics. I wonder if anybody on the list has already experienced setting R similarly for people who are not familiar with stats. Any advice or suggestion would be useful. Many thanks.
