I've got a lot of problems saving plots using postscript(file="xx.ps") The quality is not too good when I print it. Is there any way to save good quality plots in a file? Is there, perhaps, another function? I have tied save.plot(), postscript(), ... Thank you very much -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !) I believe that the postscript files saved from R will be in pure PostScript which is device-independent. The quality of the printed copy will be dependent on the device or the software used to print it. I don't think I I have ever had any problems with the quality of printed copies of PostScript files created by R. Could you be more specific about what the plot is and what you find poor quality about it? -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !)
