Have you create a zzz.R file in the R folder? I think your issue is
related to this...
Example of the zzz.R file:
".First.lib" <-
function(lib, pkg)
{
library.dynam("your_pkd_name", package = pkg, lib.loc = lib)
return(invisible(0))
}
This is required when you have C/Fortran code. See the writing R
extension manual.
