returns 1 instead of the correct 0 (zero).

The same seems to hold for 
> plnorm(x, lower.tail = FALSE, log.p = TRUE)
for any negative value of x.

that's indeed a buglet  (also for  lower.tail=TRUE) that will be fixed
shortly.
