[Rd] (PR#11291) View functionhas problems going beyond 65536
This is specific to the scrollbar: paging/End work fine -- so the original subject list was seriously misleading. It is a Windows limitation on scrollbars -- there was code to work around it, but it was not switched on - will be in R-devel and R-patched shortly.
