As long as we're on wish lists (Paul Murrell??) it would be nice to have contour (optionally) return a list of contours, so that one could post-process them etc.. This would also, I think, eventually facilitate drawing contours onto 3-D surfaces ... I thought about hacking this but the contour function was too scary for me ...
