R announce - Jul 2001 - R-1.3.0 RPM for Mandrake 8.0 (correct version)

The RPM of R-1.3.0 for Mandrake 8.0 is now available on CRAN
in the complete and correct version.

Sorry to all those who had problems with the previous version
because of absent linking against the readline library.

After reading Michele Alzetta's announcement, I went to
http://www.r-project.org and found
R-base-1.3.0-1.1mdk.i586 lated modified on Jun25, 2001.

This does not appear to be an update.
