Puppet users - Sep 2014 - Proxy configuration for openstack python clients

Hi all,

When deploying openstack with the puppet modules, I get some errors during 
deployment. Those errors are related to neutron client and glance client. 
Neutron client fails to create the networks and the router, and the glance 
client fails to create the cirros test image. Those clients returns 
"Service Unavailable", this due to my working environment being behind
a
proxy. I have tried to set up the no_proxy environment variable before the 
deployment but it seems the openstack clients are not aware of it.

Did anyone encounter the same problem? any idea how to fix it?
