[Puppet Users] Error 400: Could not find declared class (consistently)
Hi there, I am getting the following error on one of my client machines: Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Puppet::Parser::AST::Resource failed with error ArgumentError: Could not find declared class postfix::relay at /etc/puppet/local-puppet-conf/modules/site/manifests/node/mailgate.pp:147 on node mynode.mydomain.com I am using Puppet 3.2.4 on the master and 3.4.3 on the client from the respective Ubuntu packages. I use Passenger via Apache with storedconfigs (yes, shame on me, but I haven't had the time to switch to PuppeDB) This is a production setup and usually works like a charm -> all the configs are in a working order. Other clients continue to work I have checked the syntax of the manifest on the master with puppetmaster:/etc/puppet/modules$ puppet apply --modulepath=. --noop /etc/puppet/local-puppet-conf/modules/site/manifests/node/mailgate.pp - no error. I have stoped the deamonized agent on the client, I have restarted the apache on the master. I have looked at all the bugs I could find on the puppelabs bug tracker that google gave me. Nothing helps. Does any of you have an idea what I should try? Thanks for any help mfg lutz -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group.
