Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5 puppet 3.6.2 Two nodes: one running master in passenger, both using the same catalog with minor variations for the puppet-master Yesterday, the puppetmaster node started telling me that about 11 services are disabled and it re-enables them at every run. The non-master node does not have the problem. The chkconfig command shows all the services are enabled, but puppet-resource says they are disabled. A verbose/debug/test run shows a chkconfig command before puppet says it is re-enabling the services. The non-master node shows the same command, but does not try to re-enable anything. I can find nothing in my code that would be doing this. Any clue would be appreciated. “Sometimes I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.” (Bill Waterson: Calvin & Hobbes) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group.
