[Puppet Users] How to delay the puppet master's call to the agents
Hi, I have some specific requirement. I will describe my setup. Think i have 3 agent nodes and master node. But I dynamically bootup these agent nodes. The IP addresses of each node are unknown at the beginning. In the agent nodes, I am doing some configuration changes. For those changes i need the IP addresses of other nodes. I have configured the agent nodes such as to talk with the master and get catalog just after the startup. In my program I boot up agents one by one. Now the problem is I have no details of machine 2 and 3 when I do config changes to the agent 1 machine. Is there anyway to delay the startup deamon task of agents while I bootup my all machines. Note : I am using a openstack could and python (BOTO) script to bootup machines.
